Trauma-Informed Counseling

At Elios Counseling & Coaching, we believe healing is possible. Many struggles—such as anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, and relationship challenges—are often rooted in unresolved trauma. Our therapists provide a safe, supportive space to process these experiences and move toward growth and resilience.

An evidence-based approach that helps reframe traumatic memories so they no longer trigger overwhelming responses. ART is often effective in 1–5 sessions for trauma, anxiety, depression, and distressing images or memories.
